About Me!

Hello! I’m Serena, and I’m a 3rd/4th year History major, getting a minor in Philosophy and Film studies. My area of historical interest is in the relationship between history and film. In relation to my studies, I work a completely relevant job at Firehouse Subs as a sandwich artist. 

I was quite excited to take this course, as I have a vacant spot in my brain where digital literacy is housed. I tend to lean towards archaic forms of consuming history, with dusty old books and DVDs. The ever changing scope of digital history intimidates me, but I hope to overcome my fears through this class

I like to spend my free time indulging in a plethora of geriatric hobbies, such as fibre arts, reading, going to the cinemas at 11:30am, taking slow walks around the neighbourhood with my hands behind my back, and being in bed by 8pm.
